1. Acceptance of Shipments
The Company reserves the right to refuse any shipment that:
- Contains prohibited, dangerous, illegal, or restricted items
- Is improperly packed
- Has incomplete or incorrect documentation
- May damage other shipments or pose safety risks
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipment details are accurate.
2. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing:
- Explosives or flammable materials
- Illegal substances
- Currency or negotiable instruments
- Precious metals, jewelry, or high-value items without declared value
- Firearms or weapons
- Perishable or hazardous goods
- Live animals
The Company may inspect shipments if required by law or safety regulations.
3. Pickup and Delivery
- Pickup and delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
- Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, strikes, government restrictions, natural disasters, or operational issues.
- Deliveries may be completed through OTP, signature, photo proof, or recipient confirmation.
The Company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate sender and recipient details
- Properly package shipments
- Declare correct shipment contents and value
- Ensure shipments comply with applicable laws
The Company shall not be responsible for losses arising from incorrect information or inadequate packaging.
5. Shipment Liability
Limited Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to:
- The declared shipment value, or
- A maximum liability of ₹ 1500, whichever is lower
unless additional insurance has been purchased.
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profits or business
- Emotional or sentimental value
- Delays beyond operational control
